Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Invoicing Zone is free for everyone during the public beta. We don't ask for a card, and we don't auto-enrol you in anything paid. When Pro launches, the free plan continues to exist alongside it — at a lower feature ceiling but still free.
What changes when Pro launches?
We'll introduce a paid Pro tier in Q4 2026 with higher-volume features (e.g. team seats, custom branding, advanced exports). The current Free tier will keep enough to run a small freelance practice end-to-end. We'll publish exact limits at least 30 days before launch.
Why an early-bird waitlist?
If you join the waitlist now, you'll get a one-time discount code that locks in the lowest Pro pricing we'll ever publish. It's our way of thanking the people who tried us before the brand had any miles on it.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Always. Every invoice is a downloadable PDF, and the underlying data can be exported as a single archive from your account page. We treat lock-in as a bug, not a feature.
